Hull and East Yorkshire Hospital Gynaecology Services are provided at the Women and Children’s Hospital and Castle Hill Hospital.

The Gynaecology Services main aim is to provide the most up to date care for gynaecological problems. This care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of specialists who have expert knowledge in their particular field of interest. We aim to offer our patients efficient and rapid access to the treatment of their choice.

Hull and East Yorkshire Hospital is a regional referral centre for Gynaecology Oncology.

    Location: Women and Children’s Hospital, Ground Floor
  • Early Pregnancy Assessment Units (EPAU)
    Location: Women and Children’s Hospital, Ground Floor
  • Inpatient Services
    Gynaecology wards include:

    • Ward 30 (first floor, Women and Children’s Hospital)
      This ward cares for women who require day case / short stay / inpatient surgery and emergency care.

Referrals

Gynaecology Outpatient referrals can be made by your GP.

If your GP has concerns about the possibility of cancer, he/she will refer via our rapid access, 2 week wait service.
