The Cancer Psychological Service is part of the Department of Psychological Services based in the Queen’s Centre for Oncology and Haematology at Castle Hill Hospital. Our aim is to support you and your loved ones with your emotional and psychological wellbeing, during and after your treatment. We offer this support via a broad range of therapeutic services including psychological therapy on an individual, couple or group basis.
If you feel that you would benefit from this service, please talk to a member of your care team (e.g. your consultant, clinical nurse specialist, GP, etc.) who can give you more information, and make a referral if appropriate.
Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing rules, we are aware that it is difficult to access our usual services here in the Cancer Psychological Service. This webpage has been designed by our team to help you access valuable resources that were once offered when we were open as a Drop-In. We hope that in the future we can resume face-to-face support, but it is currently unknown when this may be. In the meantime please take a look at what support our webpage has to offer you.
