Volunteering

Volunteering with Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust could not only give you an opportunity to learn new skills; more importantly you will get the chance to help others by providing support to people from all walks of life.

At the moment the Trust has over 500 volunteers on hand to work within the hospital environment and who are available to help not only patients, but staff and visitors too. By joining our team, any help you can provide will be of benefit towards enhancing services which already exist across the Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital sites.

We are always looking for individuals who are willing to give some of their time voluntarily to help provide support in areas around the Trust where it is needed most.

If you are committed, enthusiastic and able to interact well with others and have some time on your hands, you could be the type of person we are looking for to occupy this rewarding role.

If you are interested and would like to apply for a volunteer post, or if you would like further information on how you could help make a difference, please contact Patient Experience on 01482 623089

Please note: You will be required to undertake a DBS Disclosure Check and Health Check before commencing in a voluntary role with the Trust.

Please send your paper application to Rachael Hardcastle-Pearce at the address below.
