What will happen after I submit an accommodation booking enquiry?

  • Your referral will be sent via email to residential.services@hey.nhs.uk where it will be processed by the residential services team.
  • You will receive an email confirming that you have submitted a booking enquiry.
  • Your details will be transferred to the residential services database.
  • You will then receive an email confirming your request for accommodation.
