District Nurse/GP Wound Advice Sheet
This advice sheet should be passed to the District Nurse or GP to provide general information about the patient’s ongoing care and to enable future treatment and care to continue. Most of your questions should be answered by this advice sheet.

|Clean the wound with saline:|

The patient will be monitored regularly in the clinic. Should the dressings change, the patient will inform you and be supplied with the alternate dressings. If you have any problems or concern you can contact us or ask the patient to discuss it at their next appointment, or discuss it with their GP.
